Harmony of the Gospels?

I’m looking for an online or (preferably) downloadable harmony of the gospels, in which the text of the four gospel books is arranged topically so you can easily compare what is written about a topic in each of the four gospels without flipping between chapters.  Typically, the book is displayed in four columns, one for each of the gospels, so the text is side by side.

Can anyone point to where I might find such a utility?  Thanks.

26-Dec Update: I did find a scanned copy of A. T. Robertson’s book, A Harmony of the Gospels for Students of the Life of Christ on the Internet Archive Universal Library.  It is a scan of images of each page of the book, but still useful.  I’m playing around with how to create an online version of that.  I’ll keep you posted to progress, should I choose to go forward with it.

  1. Found this site. http://www.lifeofchrist.com/life/harmony.html

I plan on my Daily Devotional Blog to be using it at the start of the year and may put a Wiki together for it. I will let you know if you want.

    Good luck on it.

  2. Thanks for the comment, Bob. I had seen that, but without the text handy, it isn’t as helpful. I’m recreating the A. T. Robertson book I referenced above to have a searchable, copyable copy of it. Here’s the in-process draft, if you’re interested.

I’ll stop by your blog to see what’s up. Thanks for the tip. Happy New Year!

  3. You keep working on that, it is more impressive than what I am doing. I am using a self editing wiki program and trying to create tables. Because of the limitations of the program it is not quite working they way I want. I will gladly email you a copy when I am done. I am using the WEB Bible as it is PD. Could have used the KJV but wanted a different translation.

  4. [...] completed the first draft of the Harmony of the Gospels project I mentioned back in December.  The file is a fully linked PDF file in which you can search and select to copy and paste [...]

  5. Thank you so much for your hard work. I was searching and hoping someone had made Robertson’s work available like this. (I believe it to be the best harmony) Again thanks for all you have done
